FO Friday – Tidbits
Well, I’ve done a lot of knitting (mostly on the blanket), but haven’t finished anything (I didn’t even put the second strap on that other market bag). I did finish The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells compliments of Great Books Audio.
I haven’t finished the ongoing blog maintenance either. That may end up being a ‘multi-layer’ project. I’ve done some minor cosmetic stuff and added some links and updated to the latest and greatest version of WordPress. I uploaded a couple more free patterns. I’ve got a few more tweaks I want to make and that will finish the first ‘layer’. Unfortunately, most of the second layer changes are beyond my current HTML programming skills, so I’ve got a lot of reading to do to figure it out.
Other Odds & Ends
Dad got his socks. They fit perfectly and he loves them.
Dean’s mom got her scarf. She loved it and, as far as I know, took it with her to Ireland. The pattern for the scarf is one of the new uploads, if you’re interested.
Ted’s family is back home and doing OK.
Stitch last night was fun, but I didn’t finish anything and I’ve got a meeting at Stinky’s school this afternoon, so I probably won’t finish anything later today either. Oh well. If the meeting ends up being high comedy (as the parent-teacher conference did), I’ll post a re-cap this evening.
